The Patches Creams Did Not Shift: Treated as a Course, Not a Quick Fix

What Is a Melasma Treatment · Trị Nám?

Melasma is the brown or grey-brown patching that settles across the cheeks, forehead, upper lip and bridge of the nose. It is driven by hormones, sun and heat rather than by anything you did wrong, and it sits deeper than most products can reach. That is why so many people have a drawer full of creams that did very little.

Setting the Gold Standard

Melasma responds to a course of treatment, not a single visit — and that is the part most places leave out. Derma Skinlab prices it as a programme for that reason. Van assesses how deep your pigment sits and how your skin has reacted to treatment before, then recommends the course that fits, rather than selling you the one with the bigger number.

Derma Skinlab: Setting the Gold Standard in Melasma Treatment · Trị Nám

At Derma Skinlab, our commitment to excellence in Melasma Treatment is unmatched in Grand Prairie. What sets us apart?

Derma Skinlab Difference

Mastery and Expertise:

Honest expectations first. Melasma is managed, not cured — it can return with sun, heat or hormonal change, and anyone promising permanent removal in one session is not telling you the truth. You will be told what this can realistically do for your skin, and what you will need to do between visits.

Melasma Treatment · Trị Nám Step by Step

When you entrust Derma Skinlab for your Melasma Treatment journey in Grand Prairie, anticipate a smooth and relaxing procedure:

Step 1: Derma Skinlab Consultation

We assesses the depth and pattern of your pigment and asks about hormones, medication, sun exposure and anything you have already tried.

Step 2: Choosing Your Course

The Korean course is five sessions at $1,500. The Swiss course is three to four sessions at $2,000. Which suits you depends on your skin and how deep the pigment sits. You book your first session and agree the course together — you are not committing to a protocol before anyone has looked at your face.

Step 3: Before Appointment

Stop any active or exfoliating products a week before, and come with a clean face and no makeup.

Step 4: The Session

About three hours. Sessions are spaced to let your skin recover and respond between visits.

Step 5: Aftercare Between Sessions

You are given aftercare to follow, and daily sun protection is non-negotiable. Sun protection does more for melasma than anything that happens in the treatment room.

Step 6: Maintenance

Once the course is finished, most people maintain their results with periodic sessions, because pigment can return with sun, heat or hormonal change.

Melasma Treatment · Trị Nám FAQS

Can melasma be cured?

It is managed rather than cured. Pigment can return with sun, heat or hormonal change. A course clears it substantially; maintenance keeps it that way.

Which course should I choose?

Korean is five sessions at $1,500, Swiss is three to four at $2,000. Van recommends one after assessing your skin. Book your first session and decide together.

Why does it take several sessions?

Melasma sits deeper than surface pigment and responds to gradual, repeated treatment. Trying to clear it in one aggressive session tends to make it worse.

Does it work on darker skin?

Melasma is more common and more persistent in deeper skin tones, and it is also easier to worsen with the wrong approach. Your skin is assessed before any course is recommended.

Will it come back if I get pregnant?

It can. Hormonal change is one of the main triggers. That is discussed at your consultation.

Do I really need sunscreen every day?

Yes. It is the single most important thing you do between sessions, and results do not hold without it.

How long is each appointment?

About three hours per session.

Do you offer consultations before services?

Yes. Every appointment starts with one, and you are free to decide against treatment on the day.
